Sales Tax Information & Tax Exemptions

In California, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to locations in California. 

Orders shipping outside of California are tax-free. 


For California customers reselling our products or purchasing our products as components for a new product or service to be sold, we may set you up with tax exemption on those specific items.

Examples:

  • Distributors buying our products to resell them will have tax waived on all products
  • Restaurants will have tax waived on most foodservice items that go out with the customer, such as take out containers, napkins, and disposable cups, however they will have to pay tax on items they use in house, such as gloves, trash bags, and paper towels.
